Ever since Lisa can remember, her passion has always involved creating beautiful living spaces. Lisa followed her passion and has established a successful career in residential design, specializing in home renovations and remodelling projects. Lisa’s strength is creating inspirational and beautiful spaces that are a timeless reflection of her client’s individual style, taste and budget. Lisa’s philosophy begins with assisting her clients define their personal style of living space requirements. Working together with the client, a vision is created to achieve the client’s goal. Lisa can help layout the creative design details, maximizing her client’s enjoyment in all aspects of their homes.

Lisa’s experience and range of expertise allows her to work with clients who would like a simple color consult or single room makeover, to helping them design and decorate their dream home of any size.

To stay on top of design trends, Lisa’s home has always been, much to her husband’s chagrin, a testing ground for home renovations and decorating details as she tries out the most innovative products before recommending them to her clients.

Over the years, Lisa has worked with numerous builders and realtors. Winning an Interior Design award for the Canterbury Show home in 2005, was a significant honour for her. Lisa’s commitment and belief that everyone deserves to live in a beautiful space has allowed her to volunteer her design expertise to the likes of the Sherriff King Home for abused woman and children.

Lisa holds a B Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and is a graduate of Mount Royal College Interior Design. She is a member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association and is one of the original founding members of the Calgary Design Group.

Personal touch with a passion... that is what Janet Farnham has, PASSION TO DESIGN. Whether creating the garden of your dreams or an interior you love to come home to, Janet can help you with it all.

Janet has been designing interiors for a number of years. Studying Interior Design while living in Toronto, Canada and continuing her education with courses at local Colleges and University of Calgary and Pennsylvania where she attended a Re-Design course, giving her more credibility and becoming a member of I.R.I.S., as well as a member of ODDAA. With HGTV becoming so popular, Janet feels that continuing education is a must to stay on top of styles and trends.

Landscape Design... Gardening has always been another of Janet’s passions and with clients constantly asking for assistance in their garden. Janet decided to educate herself as she could recognize that people wanted not only their interiors to look wonderful, but they also wanted their gardens to be as welcoming. With this in mind, she enrolled in courses at local Colleges and University in Calgary to continue her education. Studying, sketching, drafting and taking various courses on the different plant varieties that grow well in Alberta’s climate are very important to Janet. She has designed numerous gardens, from large to small and one which included an English style heated greenhouse conservatory with glass and river rock.

Charlene has a passion for beautiful living spaces, which started over 15 years ago when she purchased and renovated her first home. In 2002, she created Lush Interiors Inc. with partner Lisa Danielewicz. Charlene’s philosophy is about creating unique living spaces based on her client’s individual sense of style, taste and budget. She works closely with her clients to understand and articulate their vision and provides creativity in bringing that vision to life. Charlene’s unique perspective and range of experience lends itself to projects as simple as custom upholstery to designing and decorating a 10,000 square foot custom dream home.

Charlene has been sought out by leading Calgary Realtors to assist in adding value for staging homes for sale. Her design/decorating skills were highlighted and featured on an episode of HGTV’s “Buy Me”. Charlene holds a Diploma in Business Administration from SAIT and is a graduate of Mount Royal University’s Interior Decorating program. She is a founding member of the Calgary Design Group.

What gives me the most pleasure as a Designer is the journey that I take with my clients that ultimately ends with perfectly personalized spaces, ones that will continually provide joy whenever they walk into them. Interiors have always been my passion and I decided to make it a career upon moving back to Calgary from Kuwait in 2003. Since then, my work as been published in the Calgary Herald, Calgary Renovations Magazine, and my design mantra was quoted in Architectural Digest’s online roundtable, which was and still remains, “Inspired interiors indubitably involve ingenious imitation of inspired interiors”. From the simplest colour consultation to the grandest kitchen redesign, I embrace every style dilemma with a creative, budget and earth friendly solution.

The eldest of six children, Elaine developed her leadership and organizational skills early in life. Her fist two careers as a registered nurse and prestige products Sales Manager, combined with a life-long internship in designing spaces on tight budgets, helped prepare her for the career of her dreams: Interior Decorator. She completed the Mount Royal College Residential Decorating Program and began to work with clients while still in school.
